Refund and Cancellation Policy
REFUND POLICY
Digital Shop - Since the products are in a digital format, a refund is not possible. Kindly be sure before you make any purchases. Kindly save the digital products that you buy, on the cloud or email it yourself, in case you lose the digital product due to any reason, you'll need to rebuy the product. I won't be able to send you the digital copy again.
Coaching and Counselling - I don't provide refunds. 1:1 coaching requires a lot of time, energy and commitment. If you're not sure about this or have any kind of doubts regarding the sessions, me, or your own commitment, then you may not be able to gain the full experience and benefit of this program. However, if you come with an open mind and willingness to make a conscious choice, eff0rt, into all that we are working towards in the sessions, you'll see the results. Therefore, kindly look into it before you apply to work with me.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Coaching and Counselling Program - In case you miss a session on the appointed date, you’ll need to reschedule for the same week. If you miss scheduling in the same week the session will automatically get cancelled and will not be rescheduled. The improvements will fully depend on your effort and determination to work on yourself. However the sessions are independent of your progress. In case you wish to leave in the middle of the program, you can do so, however, a refund or return is not possible.
Gift-card Session/Instant Clarity Call - Appointment once fixed cannot be rescheduled. This is a bespoke session of 60-minutes where you can talk to me about all that is bothering you and the area you need clarity on. There are no refunds for this service on cancellations or if you're not happy with the session. I will not be able to fix your problem but only help you get a different perspective and clarity on your situation.
