Just to let you know I’m offering a free Session till 18th of March only for Introverts to talk about the problems they face because of introversion.
The more time I spent discussing these problems with women the more I realize that most of them were unsure whether they’re introverts or just have a self-confidence or conflict issues. (Yes! it’s not the same)
So, in this article I wanted to share a questionnaire with you to help you assess whether you fall on the introvert or the extrovert spectrum.
This questionnaire is taken from the book –
“Quiet – The power of introverts in a world that can’t stop talking” – By Susan Cain.
If you’re an introvert this book has a ton of information that can do you a lot of good!
Alright, let’s start assessing –
Answer each question “true” or “false”, choosing the answer that applies to you more often that not.
________ I prefer one-on-one conversations to group activities.
________ I often prefer to express myself in writing.
________ I enjoy Solitude
________ I seem to care less than my peers about wealth, fame and status
________ I dislike small talk, but I enjoy talking in-depth about conversations that matter to me
_______ People tell me I’m a good listener.
_______ I’m not a big risk-taker
_______ I enjoy work that allows me to “dive-in” with few interruptions
_______ I like to celebrate birthday’s on a small scale with just one or two close friends or family members
_______ People describe me as "soft-spoken" or "mellow"
. _______ I prefer not to show or discuss my work with others until it’s finished.
_______ I dislike conflict
_______ I do my best work on my own
_______ I tend to think before I speak
______ I feel drained after being out and about, even if I’ve enjoyed myself
______ I often let calls go through voicemail
______If I had to choose, I’d prefer a weekend with absolutely nothing to do to one with too many schedules.
_______ I don’t enjoy multitasking
_______ I can concentrate easily
_______In classroom situations I prefer lectures to seminars
The more often you answered true, the more introverted you probably are. If you found yourself with a roughly equal amount of “true” and “false” answers, then you maybe an Ambivert – yes there is such a thing.
So, there you have it!
Its okay to be an introvert as much as it is to be an extrovert. You need to know how comfortable you are with your personality type.
Post this evaluation if have any doubts or queries on introversion or a personal problem related to introversion, get in touch with me and avail the free session.
I hope this article would've helped you in some way. Do leave your comments below and let me know.
